A Chinese YouTuber has made what is probably the most powerful power bank in the world. It has an impressive capacity of 27 million mAh and can theoretically charge up to 60 devices at the same time. However, it is no longer really portable.
A power bank is the perfect travel companion. The portable power storage device is ideal for supplying smartphones and the like with energy while on the go. As a rule, the capacity of a power bank is between 10,000 and 30,000 mAh. That’s enough to charge a typical smartphone battery up to six times.
The power bank, which was built by the YouTuber named手工耿Handy Geng , has a capacity of 27,000,000 mAh. This means that not only six, but around 6,000 smartphones can be charged. In theory, the power bank can also charge an e-bike or – as can be seen in the video – power a TV while you’re fishing. You can watch the video here:
However, the construction dispenses with typical USB interfaces. Instead, 220-volt plugs are used. While the exterior is strongly based on the design of a power bank, there is a battery under the hood, which is also used for electric vehicles, for example. Despite the size of a dining table, the power bank can still be transported quite easily. Rollers were attached to the underside. The whole thing is then pulled with a standard rope.
The YouTuber is known for such crazy projects. Past shows on his channel include a wheelchair lawn mower, a safe fridge and a turbo-charged toilet. So it’s worth checking out!
